The loss of valuable leadership can cripple a company. Business succession planning is essentially preparing successors to take on vital leadership roles when the need arises. It is essential to the long-term survival of a company. Whether it is preparing someone to take over a position of leadership in a corporation, or the sole proprietor of a small business.

Six-week training includes:
  • Identify the steps in developing a finalized plan and motivating employees to accomplish those plans.

  • Understand what communication is and identify how to overcome barriers to communication.

  • Identify the steps in developing a finalized plan or wrapping it up and getting your employee motivated to accomplish those plans

Program Features
  • Customization of content to meet community needs

  • Flexible scheduling to support traditional calendars (feasts and food harvesting)

  • In community training; trainers travel to customer sites

Communication: understand the different methods of communication and how to make the most of each of them

Mentorship: identify when the coaching is at an end and transitioning your employee to other growth opportunities

Generating Solutions:  analyze potential problems by thinking forward to the solution implementation
