MANAGEMENT

Performance Management is making sure the employee and the organization are focused on the same priorities. It touches on the team itself by improving production and reducing waste. It helps the employee or individual set and meet their goals and enhances the employee-manager relationship.

Performance Management

Performance Management is making sure the employee and the organization are focused on the same priorities. It touches on the team itself by improving production and reducing waste. It helps the employee or individual set and meet their goals and enhances the employee-manager relationship.

When changes occur, Performance Management helps the transition to be smoother and less hectic. It helps the organization and employee have a stream-lined relationship which improves communication and interactions between the two groups. It will help close any gaps that exist in an employee's skill-set and make them a more valuable employee through feedback and coaching.

One-Week Training:

  • Define what 360 Feed Back looks like and Kolb’s Learning Style

Performance Management:

Employees/Individuals who are confident in their organization, and able to work with management to streamline goals in performance and productivity

We will achieve this by:
  • Goal Setting: understanding how to measure goals, decide if it is attainable and realistic promptly.

  • Time Management: Identify tasks, decide on a goal, break it down into parts, and create a timeline

  • Motivation: able to identify critical factors in the organization and personal motivators by evaluating and adapting

  • Communication: Understanding the structure, manager, and employee/individual roles and responsibility to one another, and how they align to meet common goals
