High Performing Teams

This highly interactive course has been developed by ICLD to provide personal and professional development to staff, and managers. The course can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation in terms of delivery methods, class configurations, and timing.

 

The key to successful high performing teams is how well they communicate. The key to how well people communicate, is how well they understand their own communication style. This course helps students understand their personal communication style, and how their style works with other people’s different communication styles. The emphasis is on team building, and a Team Charter which is developed by the students as part of this course.
