INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY FOR LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

CREATING ACCOUNTABILITY

IN COMMUNITIES

Creating Accountability in Communites

Improved accountability in an organization or institution, is a critical foundation for growth and stability. We all have a 'common sense' notion of what is meant by 'accountability', yet it has remaind elusive in practice. Our program provides the tools for enacting accountability in meaningful and practical ways.

Leadership is critical to workplace accountability because the actions of a leader determine the environment in which employees will either thrive or languish. When leaders fail to create a culture that encourages and rewards accountability, it cannot and will not exist.

  • SIMPLE: Set expectations; Invite Commitment; Measure Progress; Provide Feedback; Link to Consequences; and Evaluate Effectiveness

  • Understanding Leadership Styles, inspire others to Follow and Mobilizing Accomplishments of Goals

  • The 8 Elements in Accountable Organizations

  • In community training; trainers travel to customer sites

  • Accountability Agreement: How to be Accountable and Holding others to be Accountable

  • Goals:  design and inspire achievable and deliverable goals
